Dirk Baumanns is a young artist, with various talents. His work spans from painting, sculptures, performance art to videos made with drawings.

- Grew up at lake Constance and by Cologne
- Since 2003 studies at the art academy in Offenbach
(Hochschule für Gestaltung)

- Studies painting under Prof. Adam Jankowski
- Studies sketching under Prof. Manfred Stumpf
- Studies art performance under Prof. Mariola Brillowska

- 2007: Intermediate diploma painting
- 2008: winner at the EVO art competition
- 2009: scholarship of the Johannes-Mosbach foundation
